Having worked in the service industry for over 30 years I can see how things have changed. As Customer Service Team Leader here at SEBO UK, my team and I strive to continuously deliver upon key principles of excellent service and support which are the cornerstones of our business.  

The personal touch - We answer all phone calls in person, listening, advising and supporting you through your SEBO journey. We always try to find the right solution to the call in a friendly and professional manner. You will be pleased to hear no bots chat to you when you phone in, we are all real people. 

We have an experienced team who have a wealth of knowledge between them. If you would like to talk to someone to place an order, we can do that! If you are thinking of purchasing a vacuum cleaner and would like to chat about your options and requirements, we can do that! In the unlikely event you have an issue with your SEBO, we can guide and advise you on available options to ensure you get back SEBOing as soon as possible. 

We are all tooled up! - We have step-by-step guides/how-to videos which we can also send to our customers to help assist with any questions they may have. This is greatly appreciated and valued by our customer base. At SEBO UK we believe prolonging the life of your vacuum cleaner is best for the environment, we have many customers who continue to use and enjoy their SEBO for 20+ years. Self-repair is the most cost-effective and efficient way of handling wear and tear problems with your SEBO.  

In addition, our website provides a fantastic online platform where you can view our products and place orders quickly and efficiently. Here you can find detailed and technical information on our full product ranges, make comparisons, view troubleshooting and maintenance videos, at your convenience.

SEBO UK is a family-run business, I feel this employs more commitment and flexibility providing loyalty from team members, hence gaining business success! At SEBO UK our directors get involved with all aspects of the business, from opening the door for a customer, having a friendly chat or taking time to listen to innovative ideas and suggestions. These ideas could be concepts raised by customers or team members; the Directors always have time to listen to us.  

Being the Customer Service & Support Team Leader for SEBO UK is one of the most rewarding roles I have taken. I feel very comfortable assisting customers in a naturally caring way. I am proud to say at the SEBO Family we really do care.
