All offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any offer or discount at any time.

9. Terms of sale — how a contract is formed

The following sections apply when you buy products from us through the website.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. We will send you an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order; this does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched. If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and will not charge you.

10. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the website and are in pounds sterling. We take care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately and are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment methods shown at checkout.

11. Availability and our right to cancel

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any sale and not supply products where it is reasonable to do so, and to change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will refund in full any payment you have made for the affected products. This does not affect your statutory rights. Each order is considered and treated individually.

12. Your rights to return and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return products, and receive a refund — including your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — are set out in full in our Shipping & Returns policy. Those terms form part of these terms and conditions.

13. Use and resale of products

The products sold on this website are intended for domestic or commercial use within the UK and Ireland. Our website is intended for customers in the UK and Ireland, and products are supplied for use in those territories. SEBO operates through a network of authorised distributors in other countries; if you intend to buy products for resale or distribution outside the UK and Ireland, please contact us first, as this may be subject to the rights of other SEBO distributors.

14. Events outside our control

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, such as supply failures, transport disruption, or other circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

If any provision of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or delay in doing so, that will not mean we have waived our rights against you.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland you may bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Customer Conduct Policy

We aim to provide a high standard of service and to always treat customers with courtesy and fairness. We believe that our customers have a right to be heard, understood and respected. In return we expect customers to show courtesy and respect when dealing with our team members.

We understand that occasionally the behaviour or actions of individual customers make it very difficult for us to help them.
