We offer free shipping on orders over £75. Deliveries can be arranged for Monday - Friday.
Any order below £75 will be charged a flat rate shipping of £4.50.
We do not accept online orders from outside of the United Kingdom. Quoted delivery charges are for mainland United Kingdom only.
Delivery to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and remote areas of Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge of £12.95.
Amending an order
If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order, please contact us immediately on 01494 465533 or firstname.lastname@example.org as once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or amend it.
We assume the risk for the products before and during delivery. Once the products have been signed for, the risk (including loss and damage) will pass to the Customer. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, however if you find your product damaged or faulty, then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your order. Maybe subject to a handling fee.

- Items must be returned unused and in good and saleable condition.
- We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and signature services.
- If you would like SEBO UK to arrange to collect your order we can do this at a cost of £19.95 deductible from any refund given.
- SEBO (UK) Ltd does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Please be sure to include your order number when returning your products.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of SEBO (UK) Ltd.
- Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
- SEBO (UK) Ltd does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
