Regional Sales Executive

Covering the Southwest, London and parts of the South East.

SEBO is a leading brand name in both professional and domestic vacuum cleaners and is well known for the quality and performance of its products. SEBO (UK) Ltd, based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, is seeking to appoint a regional sales executive. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will spend most of your time working in the field.

You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of valued existing accounts and developing new ones. The successful candidate must have proven sales experience, preferably within electrical retailing and/or commercial vacuum sales. You must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and have the maturity to work autonomously as well as within a team.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company’s products and services with professionalism to ensure we provide the correct solutions to meet the needs of customers.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to grow new business using in-depth product knowledge to be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Use your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, etc, to prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for presentations and review.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that targets are being met and company standards are being upheld.
  • Represent the Company at exhibitions and other events.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • A full, clean driving licence
