Regional Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Regional Sales Executive to join our team, covering the South West, ideally based along the M4 or M5 corridor.

SEBO is a leading name in professional and domestic vacuum cleaners, recognised for the outstanding quality, reliability, and performance of its products. Based in High Wycombe, SEBO (UK) Ltd is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Executive who will report directly to the Sales Director and spend the majority of their time working in the field.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of valued existing customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within electrical retailing and/or the commercial cleaning or vacuum sector.

You should be highly organised, self-motivated, and confident, working both independently and collaboratively within a wider team environment.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company’s products and services with professionalism to ensure we provide the correct solutions to meet the needs of customers.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to grow new business using in-depth product knowledge to be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Use your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, etc, to prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for presentations and review.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that targets are being met and company standards are being upheld.
  • Represent the Company at exhibitions and other events.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • A full, clean driving licence
