Online Store Delivery Terms and Conditions

SEBO (UK) Ltd will close at 3pm on Tuesday 24th December and re-open at 8.30am on Thursday 2nd January 2020. This means that the final date for accepting orders for 2019 delivery is 12 noon on Friday 20th December 2019. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of ordering however the goods will not be despatched until we return in January 2020.

Free delivery for online orders over £60 (inc vat), otherwise the standard delivery charge is £4 (inc vat).

We do not accept online orders from outside of the United Kingdom. Quoted delivery charges are for mainland United Kingdom only.

Delivery to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and remote areas of Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please call us on 01494 465533 for further information.

Despatch of goods will normally be within 3 working days of receiving the order.

Delivery will be by either Royal Mail 1st Class post or by courier. Where delivery is made by courier and no-one is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left. After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods will be returned to SEBO (UK) Ltd at the customers cost. If redelivery is required a further carriage charge will be incurred.

Delivery by courier will be Monday to Friday. The courier will notify you with a delivery window.

Where goods are damaged on receipt, or the delivered goods do not match the order/invoice, SEBO (UK) Ltd must be notified immediately.

SEBO (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible if goods go missing after they have been delivered.

SEBO (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible if goods do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details.
